Terms of Service

1. What RepFit is

RepFit (getrepfit.com) lets you build structured strength workouts, preview them as a Garmin watch will display them, and export them as .FIT files or (when available) send them to your device. By using RepFit you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Building and previewing workouts doesn't require an account. Saving workouts to the cloud library and paid features do. You sign in with Google or an email link; you're responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure. One account per person.

3. Free and paid plans

The free tier includes building, previewing, limited .FIT downloads per month, and starter templates. Pro is available as a monthly subscription (£4.99/month) or a one-off lifetime purchase (£29), as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle's checkout terms and refund policy apply alongside these terms. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to a lifetime purchase.

4. Your workouts

Workouts you create are yours. If you save them to the library, you grant us permission to store and process them purely to provide the service. Delete them any time; deleting your account deletes them too.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, resell access, or use RepFit to distribute anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.

6. Exercise disclaimer

RepFit is a planning tool, not a coach or a medical service. Nothing in RepFit — including templates — is medical or training advice. Consult a professional before starting an exercise programme, and train within your limits. You exercise at your own risk.

7. Garmin

RepFit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd. Garmin, Fenix, and related marks are trademarks of Garmin Ltd, used here only to describe compatibility. Device behaviour can change with firmware updates outside our control.

8. Service & liability

RepFit is provided "as is". We aim for reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every generated file behaves identically on every device and firmware version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

You can stop using RepFit or delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, paid users will be given reasonable notice and the ability to export their workouts.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
